Dan is a native to the Rocky Mountain Region, (Wyoming and Colorado). He is an accomplished mortgage banker with more than 15 years in the mortgage industry. Dan is one of the top-ranked lenders in the State of Colorado and in the top ten percent nationally. He is highly respected by clients and colleagues that recognize his considerable skills, his confidence and his warm sense of humor.

Jared Conner, Production Coordinator/Processing and Underwriting

Jared is a Colorado native and active in the performing arts in the Denver metro area. He will be processing and underwriting your loan. His extensive background in real estate assures you of a smooth mortgage loan transaction. He is a valued team member, not only for Dan’s team, but for the entire Cherry Creek family; having been awarded Cherry Creek Mortgage’s Dedication Award for 2002. (No! Jared is not related to Dan, they just happen to have the same last name.)

Kelly Florendo, Closing Coordinator

Kelly has been with Cherry Creek Mortgage for 7 years, he comes to us with a degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting. Kelly has 11 years previous experience in the banking and lending industries. He is a Nebraska native and enjoys spending his free time at the gym.
